Assignment Title: Diet Supplement Presentation – Calcium with Cancer Prevention and Treatment
What I learned: This assignment taught me the importance of team work, since it was a paired assignment, and it also taught me to be well prepared for presentations because you never know what people in audience will ask you.
Reflection to assignment: I felt that the research that I did on this presentation was new to a lot of my audience, therefore felt that I was able to engage them in my assignment. This project was also done with a partner, being able to work closely with someone for a big project like this shows great teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Relevance to the profession: Being able to create and give a power point presentation is important for any job if you need to give a training session or describe work that you have been doing. This assignment gave me practice putting together a presentation and giving it to a class of about 45 people.
