Assignment Title: Critique of a Popular Diet Book -- The Step Diet
What I learned: This assignment taught me how to critique a popular diet book, and look at the many aspects in which they are talking about. Being able to critique a popular diet book takes a lot of nutrition knowledge background.
Reflection to assignment: This assignment allowed for me to critique a diet book in which sounded like a good idea, however ended up not being great.
Relevance to the profession: Many people read diet books, being able to critique them and give proper feedback about diet books is very important in any medical field.
