Assignment Title: Business Brochure - Snowflake Cafe

What I learned: This assignment allowed for me to learn how to use Microsoft Publisher in order to create a business brochure for a fictional cafe. This also taught me about pricing of products in which location, food availability and perceived customers all have an impact on the pricing. 

Reflection to the assignment: Business brochures are a great what to lure in customers to a new establishment by appealing to the general public, and especially to your perceived customer base. Being able to attract customers to an establishment is imperative for its success, and having a great business brochure with reasonable prices and attractive menu items is a great way to do this.
